Quality control

Sorted & graded, grain by grain.

Every batch runs through our sorting and grading machine, which separates produce by size and colour — the two parameters that determine quality and, in turn, pricing. This is how we make sure the grain that leaves Yadgir meets what our buyers ask for, every time.

Size grading

Calibrated screens separate grain and pulses into consistent size grades.

Colour sorting

Optical sorting removes discoloured and off-spec kernels for a uniform lot.

Quality-linked pricing

Each grade is priced on its own merit — buyers pay for exactly what they get.

Consistent lots

Repeatable output across batches, backed by decades of processing experience.
