Nandlal & Co Group started in 1969 with a single oil-processing unit in Shahpurpet, Yadgir. Today, four companies operate side by side — processing, milling and trading the commodities that feed Karnataka and beyond.

Our journey
In 1969, four brothers — Late Shri Nandlal ji Vyas, Shri Pandurang Vyas, Shri Jagannath Vyas and Late Shri Brijmohan Vyas — started Nandlal & Co in Shahpurpet, Yadgir, as an oil processing unit for groundnut and sunflower.
Over time, they added machinery for processing moong and groundnut, and began reaching out to India's largest markets. Through persistence and a focus on quality, they built the trusted brand image of Nandlal & Co.
Today, the group owns one of the largest processing units for bajra, moong, groundnut and pulses in the region, with a combined monthly capacity of nearly 700 tonnes and a presence across domestic and international markets.
Capacity & reach
Our combined monthly production capacity is nearly 700 tonnes. Product moves out of Yadgir to major markets like Vashi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Surat, Indore, Bangalore and Vijayawada — and further, to buyers across multiple Indian states and international destinations.
We are members of KASSIA (Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association) and the Chamber of Commerce, Yadgir.
